1. Inform Our Reshippers About What's Arriving
Login to your account page, then click on + Add Expected Package, enter a description of the item including item name, item URL, item number, quantity, unit price along with shop name and warehouse into the form and click save.
Then tell our re-shipping proxies how you would like to handle the order, add any instructions, and then click save.
* Purchase details can also be uploaded as a CSV file.
2. Once We Receive the Item It Will Show in your Account
Once the package arrives in our warehouse, we take a photo of the item(s) in the package, add a simple comment about the condition of the package, and notify you by mail.
You can check what you received on your account page for the next action.
If you need to check your item in more detail, you can request for additional photo. You can also send us a special request for your own extra need.
If you want to ship the items, press the [Prepare to ship] button, and select the purpose of shipment and shipping address, then we will prepare your package for shipping. If you need to ship multiple packages together, you can consolidate them beforehand.
We have a CSV upload function available so you can add multiple shipping addresses all at once.
3. Our Shipping Proxies Will Then Ship Your Package
Once our experienced shipping proxies pack your items securely for international transportation, you will receive a notification email regarding your reshipment. You will see your package in the "Ready to Ship" status.
Please click the [Ship Package] button to select your preferred shipping method, then proceed to payment.
After your package is shipped out from our reshipping warehouse, you will receive a notification email from our parcel forwarders.
You can check the tracking number of your package in your account for tracking. You can also download the package detail in CSV format and use it for your reference.
How Does Package Forwarding Work?
Deliver packages to your exclusive shipping address at our warehouse. You can check your unique shipping address on the account page. Our shipping proxies receive, inspect, and photograph the arrived items. We will process the packages, consolidate the items on your request, and deliver them to any destination.
What Do You Do When an Online Store Does Not Ship to Your Country?
Many U.S. online stores ship only within the United States — leaving overseas shoppers locked out by shipping limits or border restrictions. Importsquare gives you a personal U.S. address to solve that: have your purchases sent to our American warehouse, and we'll forward them to you anywhere in the world — the easiest, cheapest, and most efficient way to shop the USA from abroad.
Certain items have restriction and have reduced shipping options on quantity or specific type of item and may require special documentation or extra fees prior to export from or import to your specific country or territory.
